We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration ZC080646. This policy explains what information we collect through this site, why, and what your rights are.

What we collect

The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, business postcode, business type, an approximate usage or spend band, and — if you choose to provide it — your email address. We do not collect anything you have not deliberately given us.

Why we collect it, and our lawful basis

We use your details for one purpose: to contact you about the quote enquiry you submitted and to obtain comparable quotes for your business from suppliers and service providers. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are your consent (you tick a box before the form will submit, and the form will not submit without it) and our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you initiated. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

To obtain quotes we may share relevant details of your enquiry with UK suppliers and service providers in the market you asked about (for example energy suppliers, water retailers, waste carriers or payment providers). We share what is needed to price your enquiry, and no more. Your enquiry is processed within our own systems; we do not pass your details to third-party marketing lists.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to meet our legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations, and no longer. If you never become a customer, your enquiry data is retained only as long as is reasonably needed to evidence how the enquiry was handled.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. On preview and test versions of the site a single functional cookie may be used to remember which brand is being previewed; it contains no personal data. That is the complete list.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (which will not affect processing that happened before you withdrew it).
